Reflection 1
This past week was used on research to garner the best results for increasing my vertical. In the sites I visited they highlighted a good diet, and both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Next in the process is execution, and to use what I have learned and put them into use in the gym. At the end of every week I have tape measures that I can use to measure my vertical, and I will also attempt a couple dunks and see how far away I am from reaching it. A lot of motivation, and energy are necessary to complete this assignment and if I stick to the plan I made then I can achieve and even exceed my goal.
