Reflection IV

This week, I've decided to look into another important component of a computer, and that is RAM, short for Random Access Memory. Simply put, RAM is the computers short term memory. With RAM, computers can read/write information incredibly quickly, and this allows programs to run with out latency. There are different types of RAM, but the most common are 240 pin DDR3 and DDR4. The DDR4 RAM sticks may have the same amount of memory as a DDR3, but have faster and more direct access to it
