Reflection 3

This week both Lawrence and I had an emphasis on production. We both began the first week of a rigorous 12 week program and are awaiting to reap the benefits. In the fitness center Lawrence and I pushed each other in activities such as jump rope, tuck jumps, squats, box jumps and other exercises. Our next goal to do the next week is to keep up with the 12 week plan so once January comes we won't come short of our goal.

  1. So cool that you were specific and mentioned the names of the activities you were doing! I've heard of some of those, but what is a tuck jump or box jump? It would be really cool to see pictures or a video of you guys doing those! Good luck and keep up the good work! I'm sure it is exhausting.
