week one reflection

This week I learned how hard it is going to be for me to be healthy. Since it's holiday season and my sister recently got married I have been surrounded by so much food that I either cannot resist or I'm forced to because it is disrespectful in my culture to refuse good at someone's house.  I have however started researching routines and exercises that will help me reach my goal. Also, I am planning to buy  pull up bar that I can put on my door frame so I can work on my upper body strength. What sucks though is that I don't have much support like if ever bring up my fitness goals people laugh at me and don't take me seriously at all. My short term goals for now is to start eating healthy by shortening my meals and eating more often. Currently I weigh 105 pounds with the measurements of 35-27-34ish to 35.
