Reflection, 1 Taylor

For my 20% project, I am learning how to cook basic everyday entrees. Cooking is not my thing because it takes entirely too long. I learned this weekend that it actually isn't that bad, and it is cheaper to home cook meals rather than going out and buying. On saturday my cousin threw a family gathering for her daughters second birthday and I helped her prepare some of the food. This salmon dish had coconut oil, water, lemon, butter, fresh garlic, salmon seasoning, lemon pepper, and sazone. It tasted great, and only took 25 minutes to cook. I'm glad to know my family enjoyed this delicious entree.
