Twenty Percent Reflection 2

My week consisted of finding a 12 week program for increasing jumping height. I went to the AIT weight room to begin my training regiment and to get used to the routine. My partner and I both agreed on a training routine and on Tuesday we are going to start the real workouts

  1. What an interesting project - but I would love to know more! What did the program consist of? What have you been working on? What is the training routine you and your partner agreed on? What were the benefits of that versus something else?
