Reflection #2

  

This week for my 20% percent time I focused on some basic drawing techniques, mostly shading. I watched a video on YouTube that showed me tips on how I should start learning to shade. The video instructed me to first make a value scale and from there, capture the lights and dark of a photograph before beginning to draw it. A huge problem I encountered this week was time-management. I worked on my 20% project towards the end of the week and not for long enough because of school, work and other chores I needed to do. I realized I should schedule more time for my project and focus on learning the basics one week at a time.
