This week, I started learning the Hindi alphabet. Since I have
experience on how to manage my time and learn a language (at least the basics
of it) in a certain time span, I made sure that I learn a certain amount every
week. This way I could learn more than I learnt for the previous twenty percent
project. This week I learned the vowels, but I learned there is already a
difference between Kannada and Hindi. Kannada had fifteen vowels where as Hindi
only has eleven. It does not seem like a big difference but as a whole, less
alphabets to learn! Next week, I will continue practicing to write the vowels
and start learning the consonants, which may take more time.
