Reflection 2

This week, I only worked out two days, however they were both really good workouts. On Monday, the teacher that covers the fitness room was absent, and on Tuesday it was also closed. Wednesday was amazing, Mr. Starburst never fails to give me and my workout partner a really good workout. We did 8 battle rope exercises that killed my arms. Then on Thursday, I worked out with my uncle, and he is another person that likes to push the envelope. I have to admit, I woke up a little sore on Friday, but it was a good feeling. I am starting to get back into the swing of things. On Thursday, my cousin suggested that we workout with my uncle every Thursday, because this was the second week in a row. On Monday and Tuesday, I didn't eat healthy. Monday, I was just in the mood for soul food, so I bought some fried fish, candy yams, and macaroni. Tuesday was free pancake day at Ihop, so I took my opportunity. This upcoming week, I plan to be more strict on my eating habits. I am starting to feel better overall from working out, and am ready to go hard this week.
