Reflection 1

I spoke with my fitness teachers on the kinds of goals I can be setting up for myslef that are actually realistis. They agreed that I should try to make my goals things like increasing the weight on machines or the amount of reps I can do for an exercise. This week I did not go to the gym on my free time besides my fitness period. However, at home I did HIT workouts from their website like the 6's and the full body workout.
