Reflection #2

This week was a struggle because of the weather and because of the activities that I had going on. The snow that was on the ground during the week prevented me from running at all because my shoes don't have deep ridges to grip the snow. On Saturday, I ran most of the half marathon but I wasn't able to finish because I got really tired. I realize that I wasted some valuable time and I am hoping that next week I will be able to run everyday. I did a little bit of research on breathing techniques and other problems that I face such as sore joints.
