Reflection 2

With the PARCC exam going on for the freshmen, we were not able to go to the gym doing co or lunch. So I made the most of my fitness period in 7/8. I didn't do any of the HIT workouts at school because I can do those at home. Instead, I used the machines and weights that I do not have at home to work on my biceps, triceps, and legs. I want to start including ab workouts into my routine. I was thinking about doing one ab workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
