reflection 5

This was my first tattoo actually drawn on skin. It was done with a fine tip marker as it would be easy to erase in case I made a huge mistake. I think it came out quite nice. I created an asymmetrical floral design. Drawing on skin is definitely different than drawing on paper as the arm is curved and stretches when drawn on. I first created the design on paper with pencil then transferred it. Huge thanks to Kristene Aguinaldo for allowing me to use her arm as my canvas.

  1. I once read that tattoo training is to practice on an orange before ever tattooing skin!
