Reflection 3
I am beyond proud of myself with this weeks progress. I feel myself getting stronger every day. This week I worked out four days straight, Monday through Thursday. I also ate pretty clean this week, and enjoyed eating lots of food on the weekend. I also feel myself growing mentally, today in accounting class, I shared a little story of my mother. I also told my snapchat, and I just really felt the love. I see and feel that God gave me a purpose in life, so I will continue to workout and take care of my body. Thumps up this week.

I know it isn't part of your training plan, but I have found incredible amounts of mental clarity and physical strength and flexibility by doing yoga.
