Reflection 5

Much is to be accomplished.  I have not been on the schedule I was hoping to be.  Even though I said I would go to the gym everyday of the week I didn't.  I only went once.  Fortunately, I was able to put in some hard work during fitness class.  So this week wasn't a total failure, but it could of been better.  I have done a little research on running and learned some new tips that will hopefully help me with my goals.  This week I will go to the gym everyday, I just have to commit myself.
