Reflection 3

Much progress has been made the past week.  I had my first week of baseball practice.  There, we weight lifted a few times.  Not every practice we do weights, but it really helps me.  Since we don't do much running at baseball, I am focusing on cardio during my gym class.  I always run during our warm-ups and when we have the period to workout on our own.  I am still not able to go to the gym during co because of PARCC. Once we gain our freedom back during co I will make sure I go to the gym everyday.
