Reflection 4

This week I didn't run on Tuesday because i had shin splints. I'm not sure if you know but shin splints feel like a small fracture in your shins and the pain is crazy. So I rested for a few days and I started my routine again on Wednesday. Tomorrow I have to run 15 miles which is the farthest I have ever run in one outing. I'm afraid that the shin splints will come back and prevent me from finishing my run.
