Reflection 3

This week I focused more on the physical part of yoga. I read about some positions and what they do for your mind and body. It seems to be that yoga improves concentration, posture, and anything really. I find it pretty cool how something so simple has so many benefits.
The next step for me, is doing yoga. I'll start out with breathing exercises and move on to other simpler poses. This is going to be the hardest part because I'm very easily distracted and you have to remain very concentrated while doing these poses. Hopefully the benefits listed will occur :)

  1. Are you using a video? I definitely recommend using a video (there are a ton on youtube) rather than trying to design your own sequences.
