Week 9

I am a very veRY weak person. I gave in. I'm so disappointed in myself. I had no control whatsoever during this four day weekend. Not only did I eat a lot on Thanksgiving but also on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I'm going to do a whole bunch of ab workouts this whole week. That's the plan. I am probably going to do sit ups and crunches. I might slip in some cardio. However my main priority is getting rid of this big belly.
