Reflection 9

This week I dedicated to research since a majority of my time was spent in the Poconos, Pennsylvania. I learned that doing single-legged squats can skyrocket a vertical due to the added resistance. Within the following week I plan on dedicating time towards that and see the results of it in the coming weeks. I did notice that I can get all of my fingers above the rim, but to complete a dunk I need a wrist above the rim. Hopefully, within the next 3-4 weeks I can achieve my goal and push the limits.
