Reflection 7

Before this week I just jumped into workouts with no proper warm up, but this week I decided to add something new. I add stretching and not only do I stretch my legs but my entire body. The stretches are brief and altogether take a little less than five minutes but in my opinion it  adds another element to my workout. I did get a chance to see how my vertical and at the moment it is at 34 inches and to achieve my goal I need about 3-5 inches but to go even further than my goal I'm aiming for 6-10 more inches. Although it is easier said than done hopefully in the coming weeks the results will come in at a faster rate than before with the added element of stretching.
