Reflection 5

This week I made paleo brownies with my partner. How to make them paleo? We replaced white flour with almond meal and coconut crystals. This is something unique that i learned when baking sweet goods on a paleo system. They were much healthier and contained less carbs yet tasted the same rich and sweet way. Also, the procedure we used to make them was the same for normal brownies. Another thing which we used was cocoa but it contained no sugar. Also, something cool is that when i left the brownies overnight they hardened and became even tastier. It weird how they transformed after being left in a cold temperature.
