Reflection 5
This week, I tried making my aunts famous collard greens. She makes them with apples and onions. It has a nice spicy taste to it. The first step was cutting the apples and onions into thin slices. Cutting up the onions gave me a hard time because it burned my eyes. Once the onions were soft, and the apples were brown I started cooking the greens. This dish was quick and healthy. This delicious side goes well with last weeks fried chicken. Next week I'm planning to experiment with desert.
