Week 6

This week I had a lot of time to spend on this project because of our four day weekend. I woke up everyday at 8 AM and dedicated two hours exercising. I had 2 lower body workout days, one upper body and one rest day. Throughout the day I was less sluggish after I worked out. I felt more energized and pumped. I've been thinking about doing this Monday thru Friday like instead I'll wake up an hour earlier to work out. However, that may be hard because my sleeping schedule needs fixing too.

  1. Make sure you take a look at the directions for reflections. This is on the brief side, and because of that, doesn't really tell us much about your plan moving forward.
