Week 7: reflection

In the last 2 weeks I've made a bigger effort in keeping my blog updated. I have been so stressed lately so I've accommodated my diet. I'm still eating healthy but I can't find the time to eat as much. At work I tend to have a random snack here and there to fill me up till I get home. Once I get home I feel like it's too late sometimes so I just go to sleep. I researched how many other people find this problem and took a couple notes on vitamins I should take to help out. I realized I eat a lot more in the morning so I also took that into account. Now I have started having a big breakfast everyday and drinking a lot more water. Over all, I'm still adapting and learning.
