Week 8

This week I only went to the fitness room twice. However after school, I began running/jogging and started doing squats. What I like about this whole thing is that I realized that I can eat as much as I want as long as I burn it all off. This marking period, I have health and in the beginning of each class our teacher makes us workout. The last workout we did was an ab workout and it was absolutely amazing because I felt the burn. I'm thinking of doing it on my own time three times a week. I haven't worked out in the morning like I said in the previous post because I'm just really not a morning person.
