Reflection 14
This week I was able to fit in a lot of exercise. I went to the gym 3 days during the week, but the days that I didn't go I was able to work out at home. I went running and I lifted weights like usual. A few weeks ago my family opened our pool and this weekend it was ready to be used. Swimming is a great way to do cardio and I plan on doing it a lot over the summer. As the presentation for my project is coming up, I am looking back at my progress and comparing it to now. During the next class period I hope to finish or almost complete my presentation.
