Reflection 11
I've progressed a lot this week! I put a lot of effort into working out continuously. I did a bunch of ab workouts and strength training, along with aerobic exercises. I've also started researching what foods are better for the goal I am trying to accomplish. Now, I try to include foods like nuts for healthy fats and other high-fiver foods to lower my cholesterol. I still make sure to avoid junk food and I have upped my intake of veggies and salad every day. I still have a long way to go though to improve.
