Reflection 11

Mikolaj and I were unable to meet up this weekend. Luckily, my mom baked a paleo apple cake to bring to my grandma's house on Sunday. It called for both coconut flour and almond flour in addition to coconut sugar. These are low carbohydrate substitutes for white flour and sugar. Coconut and flour is not my favorite to bake with because of its taste, but the cake turned out well.
