It was just another week of lifting weights. Everyday I went to the gym and worked out. I did not do much cardio because this week I really anted to focus on lifting. I only ran once over the weekend. Fortunately, it was better than my previous runs, so it just proves that I am becoming a better runner.
Next week I will still continue to go to the gym and lift, but I will try to run more outside of school.
