reflection 11

I went to the gym everyday I lifted weights and i did a couple of HIIT workouts that I'll be incuding in my presentation. I'm really happy with the results I've been getting. I also have been walking after school and in the weekend at least two miles. I feel so much more alive and I'm so happy with this weather because it really motivates me to workout. When it's the summer I'm definitely going to be going to my own gym probably at Rutgers or NJIT.
