Reflection 11

Last week was great.  I went to the gym and lifted weights.  I was also able to go outside and run twice.  My time for my 3 mile improved and I'm feeling much better as a runner.  Recently,  I've been sick and haven't been able to exercise.  Hopefully this won't set me back to far, as I plan to go the gym again when I return to school.
