Reflection 12 &13

These past few weeks I have been running and lifting.  I went down my shore house, where I have a bench press, and was able to lift weights.  It was one of the first times I ever lifted outside of school. This summer I will be using that bench press so it is good for me to start using it now.  Also when I was down the shore I went running.  It was nice because it was a change from my usual running route.  It was a shorter distance, but it is still enough to give me a good workout.  When I wasn't down the shore, I still went running and lifted during school. This is what I plan on doing for the next final weeks of this project.
