Reflection 10
This week I spent a lot of time focusing on my meal plans. Planning meals that are 100% exactly balanced is a lot of work and most of the time it's just frustrating. So lately Ive just been alternating between some healthy meals and keeping it to 3 main meals and 2 snacks in between. This way it works with my school schedule as well. At first, I was hungry all the time but now I fell better and never too full or hungry. On another note, I have been also keeping up with running and I'm slowly building stamina. Things are going well!
