Reflection 12

This week I strayed from my 30 days of yoga routine and watched videos that focused on specific poses like the crow pose, sun salutations and the lizard pose. I think learning about poses is equally important so I decided to do that. Some are harder than others like the crow pose because it requires more strength in the arm muscles than the others.
For now I'll just continue looking up more videos focusing on different poses so I can learn more about them and how to do them properly.
I wish I had more time to go more in depth learning this, but I know this will be something I'll continue doing so I'm not really stressing about how little or how much I know for now.
