Reflection 10

This week I continued to do my regular routine, but this time I did it with 1 leg. So in a sense it's double the work  since from what I've done takes more time and requires a lot of work. I feel like it is very effective and the results can come even quicker because not only am I putting my body weight on my leg, but it incorporates balance as well. I feel like this is something that I am going to plug into my regular routine due to the positive experiment I had with it, in order to achieve and potentially exceed my goal.
