Reflection 10

This week I had so many quizzes and basically had only fours of sleep everyday. I have not been feeling well and had zero motivation to work out. However, on Friday I went to the gym and spent over 2 1/2 hours there.... It was sooooooo needed. I forgot how important fitness is to my daily life. My fitness teachers at magnet have always told me that once you start working out you'll soon start craving it and they were right. I mainly do cardio now and the only time i do ab work outs is with Lebrun which is either 3 times a week or two. I think I'm going to create a graph to show my progress like with weight and also the miles I run/walk everyday.
