Reflection 9

This marking period, I have fitness and I have been working on my legs. I did lunging squats, leg extensions, and I did a lot of plyometrics. For about 5 minutes per workout, I jump rope to increase my heart rate for the rest of my workout and as a way to cool down afterward. I had to sit out of fitness for the passed two classes because I hurt my ankle during one of my exercises. It feels better now and I plan on starting my routine over again. I am getting really close to my goal because now I can touch the rim of the hoop, whereas I could only grab the top of the net before I started training.
