Reflection

During the past few weeks, I have been very on and off. I always try to do the long runs and I usually make it most of the way. I few times a week, I go with my friend Shannon to the track in Warinanco.
While there we work on shorter runs in short bursts. This has helped my body to recover and has also improved my speed and stamina. Over this four week span, I have run about 115 miles out of 136 which I believe is pretty good.
