Reflection #8

This is the first week this where i wasn't able to prepare a dish. First of all, my partner and I werent in town all weekend. Both of us were at college accepted student events, thus, disallowing us to come together and work on this project. Therefore, to compromise for my lack of work this week, i decided to do some research online about baking. I found out a lot from this website and i will take all of these tips into consideration next time i bake.
