Reflection 8

Running is what I have been doing.  Every other day I went out and ran on my path.  I can already tell my goal will be achieved.  I will continue this running habit for a while.  I am not really focusing on my other workouts though.  I haven't been doing push-ups or pull-ups or any other type of muscle workout.  I'm going to start working out during co more so I can fit in these exercises.  I'm not sure if my goal of doing 60 push-ups will be done, but I will certainly try.
