Reflection 9
Recently I have been going to the gym to do muscle workouts. Now I am using weights for exercises such as bench press, squats, and bicep curls. I am somewhat giving up on my goal to do 60 push-ups as I want to focus on gaining more muscle with heavier workouts. However, I will still attempt to do push-ups when weights are not available. I haven't done cardio in almost a week which means I need to start running more. This weekend I plan to go on a few runs depending on my schedule. I know I have become a better endurance runner, now just need to work on my speed.
