Reflection 6
So far this week I have really pushed myself. During gym class I broke my mile record time. It was 7:00 but now it is 6:55. Even though it is not so much of a big improvement it is another step to being successful. Now I'm going to work on my running endurance to accomplish my goal of running 2 miles in under 13:30. I have the speed but I need to run longer distances. Over spring break I will run outside as much as I can. I will also work on my push-ups and other muscle work outs.
